UK Deliveries:
Unframed works size A3 and under are free shipping within the UK and are sent by special delivery.
Larger unframed works will vary in price depending on the size and weight of the parcel and will be calculated at the point of sale.
For framed works, charges are applicable and will vary in price depending on the size and weight of the parcel — please contact us for a quote.
** UK deliveries include the Highlands and Islands, Scilly Isles, and the Isle of Man.
Non UK Deliveries:
Non UK deliveries for unframed works size A3 and under are as shown below and are sent by courier:
CHANNEL ISLANDS — £5.00 per order
STANDARD IRELAND DELIVERY — £5.00 per order
EUROPEAN DELIVERY — £10.00 per order, £1.00 per item
REST OF WORLD DELIVERY — £15.00 per order, £3.00 per item
Framed and unframed works larger than A3 will vary in price depending on the size and weight of the parcel — please contact us for a quote.

All Deliveries:
Please Note: We are sorry, but we are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched.
All deliveries require a signature upon delivery. If you, or your chosen recipient is not able to sign for the delivery, the carrier will leave a card to arrange a re-delivery at a suitable time.
Cards can only be left where there is access to secure post boxes as a matter of security.
Tracked orders will receive a confirmation email to their original contact email where you will be able to follow the progress of your item and where appropriate, you will be able to rearrange your delivery if required.
If we become aware of an issue with your delivery, we will notify you using your given original contact email.
We are sorry but we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

We hope that you are happy with your purchase, but if you are not for any reason, we are happy to offer refunds for items cancelled within 14 days after confirmation of receipt.
Please notify us of your return or exchange by email. By providing a tracking number, it will enable us to monitor the progress to help avoid any unnecessary delays.
Purchaser pays postage on refunded items.
Exclusions:
Please note that once commenced, deposits for commissions cannot be refunded.
We are sorry to say that because each commission is personal and commands an individual response, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

Eligible Returns:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and must be in the same condition that you received it. Please return using signed delivery, with the invoice, within 14 days of receipt.
International Returns:
Please ensure that you clearly mark 'RETURNED GOODS' on the outside of the package. This will help to prevent any customs charges being added. — Please note that any import duty incurred by us will be deducted from your refund.
